THE HOPE CIRCLE

The Hope Circle is an independent circle of the Fellowship Committee. The Circle meets on the first Thursday of each month and provides for the interest of the members through programs and activities. At the present time we have 23 members and would welcome many more.

The Hope Circle is involved in several projects each year, some of which include the following:

• The "Sharing Tree" at Christmas time, which provides gifts for several needy agencies in the community.

• The Mother/Daughter banquet in the spring.

• Organize Women's Day Sunday service.

• Provides a bereavement meal or luncheon for families of deceased.

• Sends cards on a monthly basis to homebound and nursing home members of the church.

• The first and fourth Wednesday of each month the Hope Circle members go to the First Coast Nursing Home and play bingo, with and serve refreshments to the patients.

• Share-a-skill provides service to the community by providing cancer pads to those in need and quilts for the homeless, also, help with other church projects.
